I understand that things happen and sometimes you can’t make your appointment. If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to keep your appointment, please contact me ASAP at (828) 405-0045 to cancel or reschedule. I charge a 25% fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is no cancellation fee if appointment is rescheduled for within 2 weeks or first available appointment time. Failure to arrive to the rescheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. All no-call-no-shows will be charged a 50% fee.
